"I feel so blessed to have called Michael Brockway in the spring (which was a random call at that point - see review below) as I absolutely love my upstairs bathroom tub and surround. So, I called him back for the same project in my downstairs bathroom. This second project has shown me just how amazing of contractor and person Michael Brockway is, and it has been a privilege to get to know him. He is very knowledgeable, a perfectionist with his work, and is honest to the work that needs completed. Moreover, when my second bathroom remodel turned into multiple nightmares (hidden in the walls) and then more nightmares...and more, Michael took it in stride, showed me what it was going to take to fix it, and worked like crazy to get it done - AND was reasonable to new price as the nightmares could not have been foreseen. I cannot say enough about the work he does and the person he is! Call him - no matter the size of the project! You will be just as ecstatic as I am. I know I am planning on calling him for more projects in 2024!"

"First off, I can’t say enough positive things about Mike and the work he did. I tried to find someone to fix a very rotten subfloor under my toilet for MONTHS. My calls were often ignored and when I got someone, they ghosted me. Not Mike. He got back to me quickly. He was responsive. He came out and gave me a fast estimate. He got started in a timely manner. He did great work and fixed the problem. Now I have a solid subfloor, a toilet that won’t fall through, and he was able to make it look nice with my existing tile from the 80s that no longer exists. Highly recommend!!"

We absolutely loved the professionalism! Mike's work is fantastic!! He hit every mark from the first phone call to him to the end of the job. Everything was quality. Communication, work performed, labor/price was exceptionally awesome, and he did not even leave a mess. We really enjoyed how down to earth Mike was. He was very nice. I highly recommend calling him! "First of all, just take the stress and pressure of picking the right person off your plate and just hire Michael! It's hard to choose just from pictures and websites, but the fact that you're reading this review means you're looking into past work/experiences. I will say that while there may be more than one right person to go with, Michael is definitely one that falls on that list every time! From the start, he was extremely thorough, highlighting all aspects of the job and what was expected, sent over a very detailed estimate and answered any questions. He also made a visit to see the job and what was needed to verify the estimate. I ended up hiring him for something else and he did a great job, was very prompt and fast and had me updated every step of the way to make sure I knew what was going on and had a space to ask questions. Through the conversations it didn't feel like a "pitch" as much as a small business owner passionate about people and what he does and willing to do whatever it took to ensure our satisfaction! And the price was very reasonable too!
Save yourself the trouble of looking any further. Know you're getting the job done right the first time and by a good person; hire Michael!"
